<br />COMMITTEE REPORTS cont'd <br /> <br />AUDIENCE COMMENTS <br />MRS. MOCK - MARCH OF DIMES <br /> <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT <br />CROSS PANS <br /> <br />in doing business in the City. He asked <br />that C.A.C. work up a program of this <br />type. <br /> <br />Mayor Waschak asked what feelings there <br />were in putting up a stop sign at the <br />north end of Main St. on the west side <br />of the tracks. Mr. Wurl stated that he <br />felt that the crossing signals should <br />bring attention to the person, and that <br />a stop sign would not really draw that <br />much attention. <br /> <br />Councilman DelPizzo moved that the <br />reports be accepted. Seconded by Coun- <br />cilman Domenico. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mrs. Mock representing the March of Dimes <br />gave a brief review of the March of Dimes. <br />Mr. Wurl read a proclamation signed by <br />the Mayor proclaiming January 28, 1975 <br />as Mother's march night in louisville, <br />and the month of January, 1975, as March <br />of Dimes month. <br />Mrs. Mock then introduced Mrs. Mary <br />Dilorenzo as the Louisville March of <br />Dimes Chairman who passed out pamphlets <br />on the March of Dimes program. <br /> <br />Mr. Hershey asked that Council approve <br />Mrs. Mary Shipton to serve on the C.A.C. <br />Board. Councilman DelPizzo moved to ap- <br />point Mrs. Shipton to C.A.C. Board. <br />Seconded by Councilwoman Dhieux. Roll) <br />call. Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl <br />yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo <br />yes. Motion carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Hershy also asked that guidelines <br />regarding the slide project be set up <br />so the Board will have a basic idea as <br />to what is desired. Mayor Waschak asked <br />Mr. Hershey to speak with Mr. Wurl on <br />the subject. <br /> <br />Mr. Wurl stated that the Administrations <br />sugesstion was since there is such a <br />large sum of money involved, that the <br />cross pan situation be incorporated with <br />the capital improvements and spread out <br />among four or five years. <br /> <br />-4- <br />
