Councilwoman Scholl stated that Boulder presented their plan. She also stated that when she receives the minutes from the melting she old 11ke to have all the Council read them. She also stated that in the Boulder plan was the matter of low income housing and the six-city water project. Councilwoman Dhieux stated her feelings on the Consortium meeting. Comilman Domenico reported that there would be a Police Commission meeting on August 28, 1974. PARKS & REC APPOINTMENT Councilwoman Scholl moved that Sheila Ryan be appointed to a 2-year ten on the Parks & Rec Board. . Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Councilman DelPizzo moved that an amendment be added to the motion that a vote not be taken until Council has met with Parks & Rec to discuss the appointments. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Roll call on amendment. Domenico yes, Scholl no, Berry yes, Dhieux no, DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo nd. Motion defeated. Roll call on motion to accept Sheila Ryan. Domenico no, Scholl yes. Berry yes, Dhieux yes, DelPizzo no, • DiCarlo no. Motion defeated. Council will have a discussion with the Parks I Roc Board to discuss the matter. CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT WATER DECREE Mr: Hurl informed Council about the decree which the City had received in the amount of 290 feet of water, the reservoir was built for 165 acre feet and they now want to abandons 125 acre feet. He stated that this information has been passed on to the City Water Attorney. HIGHWAY RECOMMENDATION Councilman Domenico moved that the High- way recommendations as decided upon by Planning $ Zoning be accepted. Seconded by Councilman DiCarlo. Roll call . Domenico yes, Berry yes, Scholl yes, Dhieux yes. DelPizzo yes, DiCarlo yes. Motion carried. _...
