• WATER BILLING coned out to all water users and that a special list should not be made. Councilman DiCarlo felt that a flier should have been sent out before the 10% penalty was going to be inforced. Mr. Wurl stated that the matter was published in letter form about on^ year ago when the delinquent accounts ranged about $11,000 and it had been cut down to about $1,000. Council felt that the handling of the matter was alright, but a monthly billing system should be set up so there can be no re- percussion. Councilwoman Dhieux questioned the state- ment from Mr. Chenoweth in regards to waiting for a drawing from the City Engineer on water line replacements. Mr. Wurl stated that Mr. White still has the actual plans. Dennis Lundberg stated that they are to have the plans 60 days after they receive the grant, • but there is no problem. =. _.R.A. VAS_'�"_ Dennis Lundberg reported that there was another vacancy on the LURA Board, and again they would like to have a Council member serving. Councilman Domenico moved that the Council items and Committe Reports be accepted. Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. Motion carried. A_DIENCE COMMENTS Mrs. Barbara McDonald stated that at the last meeting she stated her displeasure with the City Building Inspector. After Mr. Wurl did some checking she realized that she• had misinterputed on his duties and stated that she was the Was who was mis- taken. CITY ADMINISTRATOR REPORT CITY HALL REMODEL Mr. Wurl stated that enclosed for Council was a tabulation on the bids to remodel City Hall and all were over the $16,000 maximum. The issue was tabled until further study. BUDGET DATE Mr. Wurl stated that he would like to have the date set to review the budget and get the public hearing set up. Councilman Berry moved that the public hearing for the 1975 budget be set for October 15, 1974. Seconded by Councilwoman Scholl. Motion carried.
