Motion carried. <br /> • AUDIENCE COMMENTS There were no comments from the audience. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br /> ORDINANCE #573 & #574 Attorney Joas stated that both ordinances <br /> CONTINENTAL VIEW deal with the Continental View Annexation <br /> ESTATES ANNEXATION and it would be alright for one public <br /> hearing to be held for the two ordinances. <br /> It was noted that all proper notices had <br /> been ui 4 . He then read Ordinance #573 <br /> and #574 on second reading by title only. <br /> Mayor Waschak opened the public hearing. <br /> There wars no comments for the annexation. <br /> Against: Ms. Jane Bostwick, 1045 Main St. , <br /> Louisville, spoke against the annexation <br /> She requested that the annexation be delayed <br /> until the City can see the impact of the <br /> new Louisville West development, also the <br /> impact and possible overcrowding in schools. <br /> She stated that the annexation would block <br /> the view of the mountains also the necessity <br /> of more policemen and firemen, equipment <br /> expenses, etc. <br />
