• <br /> res -1pp ag age 2 <br /> SOLAR HEATING Councilman DelPizzo asked what percent of <br /> CONTINUED heat the system would supply and what guar- <br /> antee there was that the systme would work. <br /> Mr. Drumm stated that there wasn't any sure <br /> guarantee and the percentage of heating would <br /> be approximately 37%. <br /> After comments Councilman Kilker moved that <br /> the matter be postponed with the permission <br /> from the Parks & Rec Board until further in- <br /> formation is given. Seconded by Councilman <br /> Caranci. Roll call vote. Caranci yes, Meier <br /> yes, DiCarlo no. DelPizzo yes, Kilker yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> AUDIENCE COMMENTS There were no comments from the audience. <br /> CITY ATTORNEY REPORT <br /> ANNEXATION HEARING Attorney Joss stated that a hearing must be <br /> held by Council on the request to annex, to <br /> determine if the annexation is possible, the <br /> reason being that there is a parcel of land <br /> that is included in the area to be annexed, <br /> however, the owner is not petitioning for <br /> annexation, the property being owned by <br /> Court Square Investment Corporation is .77 <br /> acres. <br /> Mr. Joss stated that Resolution #19 setting <br /> out for a need for a public hearing stated <br /> that it was properly published. <br /> Attorney Joss presented evidence regarding <br /> the proposed annexation. <br /> Exhibit A - Annexation petition and a letter <br /> requesting annexation from the property owners; <br /> Ebers , Daniloff, Foster, King and Santilli. <br /> City Planner Drumm presented evidence also. ~ <br /> Exhibit H - Annexation map to the City of <br /> Louisville stating that the 1/6 contiguity <br /> is applied. <br /> Exhibit C - Louisville Comprehensive Plan <br /> which' shows the proposed area included within <br /> the City of Louisville. <br /> He also supplied the criteria that was pre- <br /> sented in Resolution X23 . <br /> Mr. Drumm also stated that the Planning <br /> Commission held a hearing on the proposed <br /> annexation and zoning and recomded to Council <br /> that they approve the annexation request. <br />
