~~ Mast 15. 1978 <br /> 0 Minutes - page 2 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 25 Councilman DelPizzo asked when they in- <br /> CONTINUED tended to finish phase 3. <br /> Councilman DiCarlo stated that as long as <br /> eirs 1 sad 2 are c feted, they will <br /> to go before Pl Commission be- <br /> fore it can be taken care of. <br /> After comments a question was called for <br /> all in favor, motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 26 City Administrator hurl stated that the , <br /> TRACK hill SPECIAL USE recommendation from the Planning Comm- <br /> REVIEW fission was for denial of the request; <br /> however, the Track Inn owners have sub-_ <br /> misted an emended application..whicb should <br /> be commented upon. <br /> Mr. Druma stated that the owners have in- <br /> cluded a Vision Clearance Triangle, changed <br /> the height of the fence on the south side <br /> will be 8 feet and the remaining sides <br /> 6 feet. Also trees will be planted out- <br /> side of the fencing. Hours of the opera- <br /> tion will be limited to 10:00 AM. to 10 PM. <br /> Also they would be willing to landscape <br /> the corner of Pine and Front Streets. <br /> Off street parking has been provided for. <br /> Councilman DiCarlo stated that is was his <br /> understanding that the Resolution containing <br /> the Planning Commissions recommrndstion <br /> must be acted upon first and then if Council <br /> wishes to bring the matter up again they <br /> can. <br /> Attorney Joss read Resolution No. 26, <br /> stating that the Resolution was denying <br /> the Track Inn request as recommended by • <br /> Planning Commission. <br /> It was reported that a letter opposing <br /> the request was received by Virginia Carnival <br /> and Rose Garcia along with a petition of <br /> 19 signatures, 10 in the immediate area of <br /> the Track Inn and 9 from Louisville resi- <br /> dents. <br /> After cozments Councilman Caranci moved that <br /> Resolution No. 26 disapproving the Special <br /> Use Review for the Track Inn be adopted and <br /> all amendments that the owner may have <br /> should be brought up with the Planning <br /> Commission. Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br /> Roll call vote. DelPizzo no, Kilker yes. <br /> Caranci yes, DiCarlo yes, Neier yes. <br /> Motion carried. <br />
