Councilman Psuson stated that he has talked with the parties in the County on the West and they were not concerned about getting the property. He also stated that he would abstain from voting since this was in his immediate area. Councilman Caranci moved that Ordinance 681 be ordered published. Seconded by Council- man Meier. Motion carried 5-0. Councilman Fauson abstained. • RESOLUTION NO. 15 Ron Wells gave a presentation on the Louis- LOUISVILLE STATE SANK villa State Bank revised plans. Councilman P.U.D. AMENDMENT Meier asked about the height of the sign. Mr. Wells stated that it would be at exist- ing grade with a burn built up around the sign. After discussion Attorney Joss read Resolution 15 in full. Councilman DelPizzo moved that Resolution No 15 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Doeenieo. Motion carried 6-0. RESOLUTION NO. 16 Mr. Thompson, 608 Main St. , gave a presents. THOMPSON SPECIAL tion regarding the plans for his new build- REVIEW USE ing and parking facilities. Discussion was held regarding the entry's and exits onto Pine St. from the facility. Mr. Thompson stated he would be willing to work the matter out with the staff. After comments Attorney Joss read Resolution 16 in full. Councilman Domenico stated that he would abstain from voting due to personal involve- ment. Councilman Carnival moved that Resolution 16 be adopted. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Motion carried 5-0. Councilman Domenico abstained.
