- - - _ _ _ _ 411 111 REGULAR MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL _ APRIL 7 1981 Mayor Caramel called the meeting to order at 7:30 P.M. with the following Council members present: Fauson, DelPizzo, Carnival, Meier and Domenico. Absent: Councilman Cummings. Also present were City Administrator Wurl, . City Attorney Joss, City Treasurer Hesson, Director of Community Development Rupp, Police Chief Leeman, Director of Community Services Hioco, City En- gineer Blanchard, Chief Accountant Caranci, Planner Randall, and Acting City Clerk ?Wrack. ACCEPTANCE OF MINUTES Mayor Caranci and Council approved the min- utes of the rescheduled meeting of March 19, 1981 as presented. ITEMS ENCLOSED Councilman Meier moved that the items en- closed be accepted and brought up under the proper head of business. Seconded by Council- man Domenico. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried. COUNCIL ITEMS Attorney Joss advised Council that the AMERICAN LEGION - SPECIAL American Legion had submitted an amended EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE - SET application for a special events liquor RATE FOR PUBLIC HEARING license - they had changed their plans and requested that the April 16, 1981 date be set up to April 25, 1981 commencing at 6:00 P.M. and continuing until 2 :00 A.M. on April 26, 1981. Also that the same dace of May 22, 1981 commencing at 6:00 P.M. and continuing until 2:00 A.M. , May 23, 1981 be submitted. He suggested that Council set the public hearing for April 21, 1981, and the proper posting will be done. PUBLIC HEARING DATE SET Councilman Domenico moved thtat the public hearing for the special events liquor license for the American Legion be set for April 21, 1981. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Councilman Fauson Inquired since the previous date for the special events liquor license had been ap- proved at the last meeting, would it be ap- propriate to rescind that approval so that the American Legion would not be over their quota for special events liquor licenses. requests, Attorney Joss advised that our records should state either that the American Legion had withdrawn their request for April 16, 1981, or that Council revoke that request. He than advised that Council vote on the above motion and then majce a motion and vote -to revoke the previous date of April 16, 1981. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. n//178
