S <br /> • <br /> 4/7/81 Page - 2 - <br /> REVOKE APRIL 17, 1981 SPECIAL Councilman Meier moved that the date of <br /> EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE - AMERICAN April 17, 1981 be revoked for the <br /> LEGION Special Events Liquor License for the <br /> American Legion. Seconded by Councilman <br /> Carnival. Question called for. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried 5-0. <br /> MAYOR'S PROCLAMATION Each member of council had a copy of the <br /> 9 HEALTH FAIR proclamation before him and Attorney Joss <br /> read it in its entirety. <br /> ACCEPTANCE Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Mayor's <br /> Proclamation - 9 Health Fair be accepted. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Question <br /> called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. <br /> MAYOR'S PROCLAMATION All members of Council had a copy of the <br /> VOLUNTEER RECOGNITION WEEK proclamation before them and Administrator <br /> Wurl read it in its entirety. <br /> ACCEPTANCE Councilman Domenico moved that the procla- <br /> mation Volunteer Recognition Week be accepted. <br /> Seconded by Councilman Meier. <br /> Councilman Carnival Requested that in paragraph 4 - and to thank <br /> the dedicated citizens of Colorado - "especi- <br /> ally the citizens of Louisville" be added. <br /> Councilman Carnival moved that these five <br /> words be added to this section of the proc- <br /> lamation. Seconded by Councilman Meier <br /> Question called for. All in favor. Motion <br /> carried that proclmation be amended with this <br /> wording added. <br /> MAYOR'S PROCLAMATION Each council member had a copy of the proc- <br /> LIFE. BE IN IT lamation and Attorney Joss read it in its <br /> entirety. <br /> ACCEPTANCE Councilman Meier moved that the Life. Be <br /> In It proclamation be accepted. Motion carried. <br /> MARVIN BUSH LEASE - Administrator Wurl advised Council that for <br /> MATSHALL LAKE the past several years , the City has leased <br /> 2 shares of Marshall Lake water and he was <br /> requesting Council's authorization to have <br /> the Mayor and City Clerk sign the lease agree- <br /> ment. <br />
