S • 4/7/81 Page - 2 - REVOKE APRIL 17, 1981 SPECIAL Councilman Meier moved that the date of EVENTS LIQUOR LICENSE - AMERICAN April 17, 1981 be revoked for the LEGION Special Events Liquor License for the American Legion. Seconded by Councilman Carnival. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. MAYOR'S PROCLAMATION Each member of council had a copy of the 9 HEALTH FAIR proclamation before him and Attorney Joss read it in its entirety. ACCEPTANCE Councilman DelPizzo moved that the Mayor's Proclamation - 9 Health Fair be accepted. Seconded by Councilman Domenico. Question called for. All in favor. Motion carried 5-0. MAYOR'S PROCLAMATION All members of Council had a copy of the VOLUNTEER RECOGNITION WEEK proclamation before them and Administrator Wurl read it in its entirety. ACCEPTANCE Councilman Domenico moved that the procla- mation Volunteer Recognition Week be accepted. Seconded by Councilman Meier. Councilman Carnival Requested that in paragraph 4 - and to thank the dedicated citizens of Colorado - "especi- ally the citizens of Louisville" be added. Councilman Carnival moved that these five words be added to this section of the proc- lamation. Seconded by Councilman Meier Question called for. All in favor. MARVIN BUSH LEASE - Administrator Wurl advised Council that for MATSHALL LAKE the past several years , the City has leased 2 shares of Marshall Lake water and he was requesting Council's authorization to have the Mayor and City Clerk sign the lease agree- ment.
