The recommendation of
the Planning Commission was for approval with
the following conditions : First that there
be joint access with Neodata and the LDS
Church property which is to the east, but
divided by a 75 ft. Public Service piece of
property. . This is to be explored as fully
as possible and implemented in the subdivision
agreement if joint access could be worked out.
The second aspect was they would like to high-
light the road improvements which are to
occur on or before June 15, 1983. The last
point was that City Council review the good
faith effort Neodata has made with the neigh-
borhood associations relating to landscaping
prior to approval. The subdivision is
with the current property owner - B.S.C.S.
Neodata as the applicant has provided a
separate agreement to the City relative to
landscaping improvements in the amount of
$160,000. 00, and will post a performance
bond in this amount within 10 days of the
agreement , which will continue in effect
after building permits are issued. If
however, no building permits are issued with-
in one year then they will be able to with-
draw the performance bond.
