He <br /> will look at it legally. <br /> Question called for on the motion. All in <br /> favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> Paul Snyder, Attorney for Commented the question raised about what Neodata' s <br /> Neodata plans are if the Board of Adjustments acts, felt <br /> he could answer that question in case it would <br /> have some bearing on what Council decided this <br /> evening. He felt that it was correct, as stated <br /> by Attorney Rautenstraus , that Neodata would <br /> not plan any construction until the Board <br /> of Adjustments made their final decision. If <br /> the Board of Adjustments does make a final <br /> decision, it was his opinion that the plan for <br /> Neodata is to begin construction immediately. <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF THE CITY Councilman Fauson moved, Councilwoman Morris <br /> ATTORNEY'S REPORT seconded that the City Attorney' s report be <br /> accepted and placed on file. Motion carried. <br /> George Potter. 173 South Commented with the growth of the City in the <br /> Greentree southwest part of the City wished to make <br /> Delaney Road Council aware of the conditions on Delaney <br /> Road. Had the occasion last week to be on <br /> the scene of a minor accident. One of the <br /> City's police officers investigated the accident <br /> and he stated that the conditions posed a hazar- <br /> dous situation. There are several school buses <br /> that travel the road. Stated Delaney was a <br /> combination of an asphalt road and gravel road <br /> creating a mix-match of both and a possibility <br /> of soft shoulders, and the possibility of a <br /> school bus sliding into the soft shoulder and <br /> tipping over, felt the City should implement <br /> procedures to get the situation corrected. <br /> Administrator Wurl Replied to Mr. Potter stating this is a joint <br /> problem between Boulder County and the City. <br /> There is an agreement with the County that <br /> calls for joint participation of improvements . <br /> The City is attempting to strengthen the shoulders <br /> to avoid the situation he mentioned.
