He
will look at it legally.
Question called for on the motion. All in
favor. Motion carried unanimously.
Paul Snyder, Attorney for Commented the question raised about what Neodata' s
Neodata plans are if the Board of Adjustments acts, felt
he could answer that question in case it would
have some bearing on what Council decided this
evening. He felt that it was correct, as stated
by Attorney Rautenstraus , that Neodata would
not plan any construction until the Board
of Adjustments made their final decision. If
the Board of Adjustments does make a final
decision, it was his opinion that the plan for
Neodata is to begin construction immediately.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE CITY Councilman Fauson moved, Councilwoman Morris
ATTORNEY'S REPORT seconded that the City Attorney' s report be
accepted and placed on file. There are several school buses
that travel the road. Stated Delaney was a
combination of an asphalt road and gravel road
creating a mix-match of both and a possibility
of soft shoulders, and the possibility of a
school bus sliding into the soft shoulder and
tipping over, felt the City should implement
procedures to get the situation corrected.
Administrator Wurl Replied to Mr. Potter stating this is a joint
problem between Boulder County and the City.
There is an agreement with the County that
calls for joint participation of improvements .
The City is attempting to strengthen the shoulders
to avoid the situation he mentioned.
