Architect for <br /> the LDS Church, left a message with his an- <br /> swering service to return our call. Mr. <br /> Tanaguchi stated he spoke with the Public <br /> Pervice Co. relative to the access arrange- <br /> .nt; however they have not obtained a <br /> written statement from Public Service Co. <br />
