Mayor Meier Requested Administrator Wurl contact the applicants in the future and ask them to be present when the appointments are being made. Tie Vote A secret ballot was taken for the two appli- cants . Beber 4 Bridgewater 4 Schnatzmeyer 3 Administrator Wurl Commented that Mr. Bridgewater was an ex- perienced member in terms of a full member. Mayor Meier Requested that councilmembers vote again for Beber or Bridgewater. since this was a tie vote. The applicant obtaining the most votes would be a full member and the one obtaining the lesser amount would be the associate member. Had contacted Ken Tanaguchi. the Architect for Neodata and Don Shallock. Architect for the LDS Church, left a message with his an- swering service to return our call. Mr. Tanaguchi stated he spoke with the Public Pervice Co. relative to the access arrange- .nt; however they have not obtained a written statement from Public Service Co.
