• <br /> RESCHEDULE MEETING LOUISVILLE CITY COUNCIL JUNE 18, 1984 <br /> The City Council of the City of Louisville met in regular session in the <br /> Council Chambers, 749 Main Street, Louisville, Colorado. Mayor Meier <br /> called the meeting to order at 7:31 P.M.M.D.T. There being present at the <br /> call of the roll. the following persons: <br /> COUNCILMEMBERS: Michael Cussen, John Leary, Betty Johnson, <br /> Susan Morris and Rick Luc. <br /> ALSO PRESENT: Leon A. Wurl, City Administrator <br /> Curt Rautenstraus, City Attorney <br /> William Hesson, City Treasurer <br /> John Rupp, Director of Community Development <br /> Karl Kitsch, Director of Public Works <br /> Rod Leesman, Director of Public Safety <br /> August Hioco, Director of Community Services <br /> Cleo Mudrock, City Clerk <br /> ABSENT: Sharon Asti-Caranci, Director of Financial Services <br /> APPROVAL OF THE CONSENT AGENDA Councilman Cussen requested that Item 9E <br /> Item 9E Removed from the Black Diamond - Change to Corporation and <br /> Consent Agenda Liquor License Renewal be removed from the <br /> Consent Agenda. <br /> Councilman Lu.e moved, Councilwoman Morrie <br /> seconded that the Consent Agenda be approved <br /> as amended. All in favor. Motion carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> APPROVAL OF THE REGULAR AGENDA Mayor Meier moved, Councilman Luce seconded <br /> that the regular agenda be approved. All <br /> in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> APPROVAL OR CORRECTION OF THE Mayor and Council approved the minutes of <br /> MINUTES the regular meeting of June 5, 1984 as <br /> presented. <br /> APPROVAL OF THE BILLS City Treasurer Hesson read the bills in <br /> the amount of $152,057.07. <br /> Councilman Cussen moved, Councilman Leary <br /> seconded that the bills be approved and <br /> checks issued for the same. All in favor. <br /> Motion carried unanimously. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS None. <br /> Court Rescheduled Mayor Meier announced that if anyone in <br /> the audience was present for Court it has <br /> been rescheduled until tomorrow evening. <br /> Court Clerk Nancy Varra was present to <br />
