Also Randy gave a conceptual plan for Phase II of <br /> the park. <br /> Norbert Meier, 234 Short Place. <br /> Meier: One thing that I would like to see is this <br /> council succeed in making this a viable park <br /> for the residents. I have attended the <br /> meetings that Steve has had and would like to <br /> thank steve and Randy for the great job that <br /> they have done. <br /> Hornbostel: In Phase III how much is allocated in the <br /> budget? <br /> Baysinger: Phase III that is in the 1990 Capital <br /> Improvement budget is $100,000. <br /> Howard: Is this only a three phase project? <br /> Baysinger: We feel we can finish what we have on the <br /> Master Plan in three Phases. <br /> Hornbostel: Stated staff has done a fine job with park <br /> and would like to get if finished also. <br /> Hornbostel moved to authorize staff to go to bid on Phase II <br /> improvements to Lake Park, seconded by Howard. All in favor. <br /> RESOURCE RECOVERY & RECYCLING FUNDS - WOOD CHIPPING GRANT <br /> Baysinger: Boulder County's Resource Recovery and <br /> Recycling Fund allocated grants from a <br /> surcharge at the Marshall Landfill. The City <br /> of Louisville has submitted a request and <br /> been granted $1,576.00 for 1991 for a wood <br /> chipping program. The wood chipping program <br /> will be held on a quarterly basis and <br /> coordinated with the annual spring clean up <br /> and the Christmas tree recycling program plus <br /> two other times during 1991. Funds allocated <br /> in the grant are to cover the expenses of <br /> renting a wood chipper and staff overtime <br /> hours. During the program $394.00 will be <br /> allocated for each quarterly wood chipping <br /> program. <br /> Sackett moved to authorize the Mayor to sign three copies of the <br /> Resource Recovery and Recycling Fund agreement with the County, <br /> seconded by Howard.
