The subdivision agreement
is an agreement that is cited in the subdivision
cited regulations as being required as part of the
subdivision platting process. The agreement is to
dictate certain arrangement between the city and
developer. The City Attorney and staff have
prepared a revised standard agreement which will
enhance the enforceability of the agreement. The
format does not include the discussed changes in
the attached memorandum. Therefore if Council
desires to incorporate the changes then you would
need to incorporate those into the standard format
by motion.

Davidson: On page 10 of the current agreement under "Utility
Coordination and Installation," it talks about
Cable TV. Would it be appropriate on page 22 of
Exhibit B to add Cable TV installation as one of
the items that gets checked off?
