Colorado Budget Law requires that <br />the Ordinance be adopted at a pUblic hearing <br />by a maj ori ty vote of the Council after <br />publication of the proposed Ordinance. The <br />Ordinance will amend the 1991 budget for the <br />following reasons: unanticipated revenues not <br />assured at the time of budget adoption; <br />appropriate funds for additional authorized <br />1991 projects; expenditures for 1990 projects <br />that carried over into 1991; and 1991 expend- <br />itures that are exceeding the budget appro- <br />priation. staff recommends that the Ordi- <br />nance be placed for publication and set <br />public hearing for July 16, 1991. <br /> <br />Mayor Fauson moved to place Ordinance No. 1046 out for pUblica- <br />tion and set public hearing for July l6, 1991, seconded by How- <br />ard. All in favor. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14, SERIES 1991 - RED AND GOLD BOTTLING CORPORA- <br />TION - FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> <br />Franklin: The applicant, Red and Gold Bottling Corpora- <br />tion, has requested approval of a Final PUD <br />Development Plan for the property at 624 Main <br />street in downtown Louisville. The request <br />is to allow a two story commercial building <br />on the presently vacant land located immedi- <br />ately south of Blue Parrot Restaurant and a <br />kitchen complex on the 600 block of Main <br />street. This property is located wi thin a <br />100 year floodplain which necessitated a <br />review by the Board of Adjustments to grant <br />exception to the floodplain requirements and <br />flood proofing measures by the applicant. <br />The Board of Adj ustments did approve the <br />special exception. The Planning commission <br />thereafter reviewed this request and did <br />recommend approval of the Final PUD Develop- <br />ment Plan. <br /> <br />SZYmanski moved to adopt Resolution No. 14, Series 1991 - Red <br />and Gold Bottling Corporation - Final Development Plan, seconded <br />by Fauson. <br /> <br />Sackett: Do we not usually have a landscaping plan at <br />this time? <br /> <br />Franklin: In this particular case as we looked at the <br />PUD for the Blue Parrot the entire site is <br />basically being utilized for structure. The <br />applicants are partially entitled to that and <br />are also asking for structural improvement to <br />the property line. It means the facades would <br /> <br /> <br />6 <br />
