Staff recommended City Council adopt Resolution No. 32, Series 2010, which <br /> approves a Special Review Use (SRU) to allow for outdoor seating for an eating and <br /> drinking establishment located on the southern 35 feet of Lot 8, Block 2, Louisville Old <br /> Town (808 Main Street) with the following conditions: <br /> 1. The outdoor dining area shall not be used past closing time on any given day <br /> or, at the latest, past 12 AM. <br /> 2. This SRU is granted to the applicant only and may not be transferred to a <br /> different business at this location. <br /> 3. The outdoor music on the patio will be turned off after closing time each <br /> evening or, at the latest, by 12 AM. <br /> APPLICANT PRESENTATION <br /> Lenny Martinelli, 605 Grant Avenue, Louisville, CO, owner of Zucca Italian Ristorante, <br /> requested Council approval of the Special Review Use (SRU) application, to provide <br /> seating in the restaurant outdoor courtyard. <br /> COUNCIL COMMENT <br /> Mayor Sisk requested the Special Review Use be made exclusive to the Zucca Italian <br /> Ristorante, LLC. <br /> MOTION: Councilor Dalton moved to approve Resolution No. 31, Series 2010, with <br /> conditions, seconded by Councilor Clabots. <br /> City Attorney Light stated a condition to the Special Review Use (SRU) is for the <br /> exclusive use of the owner /operator of Zucca Italian Ristorante, LLC or affiliates only. <br /> Councilors Dalton and Clabots accepted the condition. <br /> VOTE: All were in favor. Motion carried. <br /> RESOLUTION No. 33, SERIES 2010 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A <br /> REQUEST FOR A SPECIAL REVIEW USE (SRU) TO CREATE PATIO <br /> SEATING FOR A FUTURE RESTAURANT LOCATED AT 701 MAIN <br /> STREET <br /> Planning Director Russ explained the applicant, Chad Sholders, has applied for a <br /> Special Review Use (SRU) to authorize an outside eating area for a proposed <br /> restaurant at 701 Main Street. The outside eating area is proposed for the southeast <br /> corner of the property, just east of the proposed entrance of the restaurant. Staff <br /> recommends approval of this request with the following conditions: <br />
