Mayer moved that Council approve Resolution No. 1, Series 1999 - A Resolution Approving an <br />Amended Final PUD Development Plan for a Modified Sign Package for Centrobe (Formerly Neodata), <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Centennial Valley Business Park, Filing #3 subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1. That the total signage square footage for the Centrobe signs shall not exceed that of the <br /> preexisting Neodata signs; <br /> <br />That it shall be noted on the Final PUD Amendment that this PUD Amendment shall be <br />the controlling document for project signage at this site and shall supersede all previous <br />approvals for signage; <br /> <br />That a variety of flowering perennials are provided for the monument sign setting, subject <br />to staff review and approval; <br /> <br />That the monument sign as depicted on the site plan and the extraneous text below the <br />'Centrobe' wall sign are stricken from the plans; and <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />That if the required landscaping is not installed by May 15, 1999, this PUD shall be called <br />back for review before Planning Commission pursuant to subsection 17.28.220 (A) and <br />that a performance guarantee consistent with City code and City policies shall be held until <br />such time as the required landscaping is complete. <br /> <br />Motion was seconded by Levihn. <br /> <br />Light offered a friendly amendment to the second line in the last 'whereas' clause that the phrase "the <br />Final PUD Development Plan" should be "the Amended Final PUD Development Plan." <br /> <br />Amendment was accepted by Mayer and Levihn. <br /> <br />Roll call was taken. Motion passed by a 7-0 vote. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION No. 2, SERIES 1990 - A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDED FINAL <br />PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR A MODIFIED SIGN PACKAGE FOR CENTROBE <br />(FORMERLY NEODATA), 833 WEST SOUTH BOULDER ROAD <br /> <br />Davidson called for staff presentation. <br /> <br />Paul Wood, Planning Director, stated that the business formerly known as Neodata is now Centrobe. <br />They are requesting approval for a new 32-square foot monument sign to replace a previously approved, <br />smaller sign of different construction and orientation. The existing temporary sign was erected without a <br />permit last spring. This PUD Amendment was originally scheduled for Planning Commission review on <br />September 8. It was continued because the application was incomplete. Planning Commission conducted <br />a public hearing on October 13. The applicant submitted complete, revised plans on December 28, for <br />this hearing. <br /> <br />8 <br /> <br /> <br />
