Local Licensing Authority <br /> Minutes <br /> April 26, 2010 <br /> Page 5 of 6 <br /> shutting off the outside door might be a fire issue and suggested leaving it <br /> available. <br /> Mr. Dill asked the Authority to continue the side door availability. Authority <br /> members asked Sergeant Lanphere for his opinion. Sergeant Lanphere <br /> supported having that door available when the main restaurant was closed. <br /> Special Prosecutor Brown suggested changes to the stipulation be; the door <br /> remain the same, light snacks be available after the main restaurant is closed, <br /> warning signs be posted in the modified area and the suspensions be concurrent <br /> with the previous stipulation. Mr. Dill and the licensee agreed to the changes. <br /> Gunning moved the Authority accept the stipulation with the changes. <br /> Rommelfanger seconded. Rolla Call Vote: Lipton yes, Gunning yes, Carlson <br /> yes, Wilson yes and Rommelfanger yes. <br /> Mr. Dill stated he and the licensee would be back at the next meeting of the <br /> Authority to present a petition to pay a fine in lieu of suspension and restate the <br /> uses of the modified area as agreed upon at this meeting. <br /> E. Renewal Application Singh Louisville, Inc. d /b /a Viceroy Hotel <br /> and Restaurant Liquor License —1132 W. Dillon Road #1 <br /> This item was removed from the consent agenda for discussion due to the <br /> notation on the communication concerning the licensee's failure to stay current <br /> with sales tax. The Authority asked the Secretary to send a letter to the licensee <br /> with a date certain for him to bring the taxes current. The renewal will be <br /> considered again at the next meeting. <br /> F. Modification of Premises The Alley Cat Bar and Grill, Inc. d /b /a <br /> The Alley Cat Bar and Grill Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License <br /> 817 Main St. <br /> G. Modification of Premises Waterloo Icehouse, Inc. d /b /a Waterloo <br /> Icehouse Tavern Liquor License 809 Main St. <br /> H. Modification of Premises Eat Drink, LLC d /b /a The Empire <br /> Restaurant and Lounge Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License <br /> 816 Main St. <br /> I. Modification of Premises Cane Nero, LLC d /b /a Zucca Ristorante <br /> Hotel and Restaurant Liquor License 808 Main St. <br /> All of these items concern modifying premises for the addition of temporary <br /> summer street patios. There had been discussion of changes to these patios <br /> with service of alcohol on sidewalk tables and the walkway on the patios. <br />
