CITY OF LOUISVILLE ORDINANCE NO. 485 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 424, WHICH PROVIDED FOR THE RE- ZONING OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE AND PROVIDING RULES AND REGULATIONS THEREFORE, BY CHANGING THE RULES AND REGULATIONS, ZONING MAP, AND BY ADDING A NEW SECTION CONCERNING GUIDELINES FOR DEVELOPMENT IN GEOLOGIC HAZARD AREAS, AND REPEALING ALL OTHER ORDINANCES OR PARTS THEREOF IN CONFLICT AEREWITH. Whereas, that since the adoption of Ordinance No. 424 of the City of Louisville and the application thereof, it has become apparent to the appropriate City officials of the City of Louisville that certain changes should be made, and Whereas, the City of Louisville has also been instructed by the Colorado Land Use Commission to abide by the provisions of Chapter 80 ~ 106-7-et. seq. (1974) Colorado Session Laws 336, commonly known as House B~ll 1041, and Whereas, the City Council of the City of Louisville to accomplish said purposes finds it necessary to make certain changes in its Zoning Ordinance as adopted in Ordinance No. 424, Now Therefore Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado. Secti on 1. All r'eferences hereafter made to the "Loui svi 11 e Zoning Ordinance" refer to the Zoning Ordinance as adopted in Ordinance No. 424 of the City of Louisville, Colorado which is also known as Chapter 25 of the Municipal Code of the City of Louisville. Section 2. Section 1-104, Louisville Zoning Ordinance, is hereby renumbered as section 1-105 and reads: "Section 1-105. Zoning Map The location and boundaries of the districts designated in Arti cl e 2 are her'eby establ i shed as shown on the map entitl ed Zoni ng Di stri ct ~1lap of the Ci ty of Loui svi 11 e dated August 7, 1973, and signed by the Mayor and City Clerk and hereafter referred to as the Zoning Map. The Zoning Map and all the notations thereon are hereby made part of this Ordinance'. The signed copy of the Zoning Map containing the zoning districts designated at the time of the adoption of this Ordinance shall be maintained without change on file in the Offi ce of the: City Cl erk. Changes made in di stri ct boundari es or other matter portrayed on the Official Zoning Map shall be made in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance and Chapter 139, Article 60 of the Colorado Revised Statutes and Amendments. Changes shall be entered on the Official Zoning Map promptly afte~r the amendment has been approved by the Ci ty Counc; 1 w; th an e~ntry on the Off; c; a 1 Zoni ng Map. No amendment to this Ordinance~ which involves matter portrayed on the Official Zoning Map shall become effective until after such change entries shall be made on said map. II
