Section 3. A new Section 1-104, Louisville Zoning Ordinance, is hereby adopted to read: Section 1-104. Jurisdictional Area. The territorial jurisdiction of this Ordinance shall, pursuant to Colorado Revised Statutes of 1973, as amended, include all land located within the legal boundaries of the City of Louis- ville and, limited only to control with reference to a major street plan and not otherwise, shall also include all and lying within three miles of the corporate limits of the City of Louisville and not located within any other municipality, except that in the case of any of such nonmunicipal land lying within five miles of the City of Louisville and another municipality, the jurisdiction of the City of Louisville shall terminate at a boundary line equidistant from the respective corporate limits of the City. Section 4. Section 2-101(F), Louisville Zoning Ordinance, is repealed. Section 5. The tables entitled Zoning Districts under Section 2-103(A), Louisville Zoning Ordinance,~~amended to read.
