<br />Section 17. Section 5-103 (D) and 5-103 (G) of the Louisville Zon- <br />ing Ordinance,are revised as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 5-103(D) <br />The City Council may increase or decrease the required number <br />of off-street parking spaces in consideration of the follow- <br />ing factors: <br />(1) Probable number of cars owned by occupants of dwellings <br />in the planned unit development; <br />(2) Parking needs of any non-dwelling uses; <br />(3) Varying time periods of use, and whatever joint use of <br />common parking areas is proposed. <br /> <br />Regardt,ss of a reduction in off-street parking spaces by the <br />City Council adequate space and site design shall be provided <br />to accomodate the standard number of spaces for the proposed <br />use. II <br /> <br />"Section 5-103(G) <br />Except as provided in Section 5-101(A)(1), required parking <br />and loading spaces shall be setback ten (lJQ) feet from the <br />front lot line." <br /> <br />Section 18. Section 6-102(B) of the Louisville Zoning Ordinance <br />is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 6-102(8) <br />The yard and bulk requirements stated in Section 2-102 shall <br />not apply to planned unit developments except minimum lot <br />area will be utilized in determining density as provided <br />for in Section 6-104. These requirements shall be controlled <br />by the criteria and standards of this Article and as shown <br />on the approved planned unit development plan." <br /> <br />Section 19. Section 6-103(8) of the Louisville Zoning Ordinance <br />is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 6-103(B) <br />PUD-C Planned Commercial District over C-N, C-C, and C-B; and" <br /> <br />~ection 20. Section 6-104(C) of the Louisville Zoning Ordinance <br />is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 6-104(C) <br />The total number of units permitted in a PUD-R shall be deter- <br />mined by dividing the gross residential acreage (the total <br />acreage less land to be dedicated for public use including <br />streets, parks, schools, greenbelts) by the minimum lot area <br />per dwelling unit requirements of the underlying district or <br />districts as stated in Section 2-102 or as approved by the <br />City Council as provided for in Section 6-107. If the amount <br />of land to be dedicated exceeds the public use dedication <br />requirements stipulated in the Louisville Subdivision Regu- <br />lations, the amount of land in excess shall be included in gross <br />residential acreage." <br /> <br />--13-- <br />
