<br />11(8) The following open space requirement is applicable to <br />the PUD-C and PUD-I: <br /> <br />(1) A minimum of one thousand (1,000) square feet <br />of open space shall be provided for each employee <br />at a mitximum employment. This requirement, which <br />is applicable to each lot, may be reduced by the <br />City Council, upon recommendation by the Planning <br />Commission, if such reduction is off-set by reser- <br />vation of common open space or public use dedications <br />in excess of those required in the Louisville Sub- <br />division Regulations. <br /> <br />(2) Regardless of the number of employees, lot coverage <br />shall not exceed seventy-five (75) percent.1I <br /> <br />II(C) The minimum lot area per dwelling unit requirements as <br />stated in Ar~icle 2 shall apply to the planned unit <br />development except that the City Council may reduce <br />such requirements if it finds that the development <br />plan contains areas allocated for usable open space <br />in a common park area or that an increase in density is <br />warranted by the design and amenities incorporated <br />in the development plan, and the needs of the residents <br />for usable open space can be met.1I <br /> <br />II(F) <br />(11) Compliance with applicable guidelines and regulations <br />pertaining to matters of State interest as specified <br />in Article _13 of this Ordinance. <br /> <br />Section 23. Section 6-110(8) of the Louisville Zoning Ordinance <br />is hereby deleted. <br /> <br />Section 24. Section 6-111(C) (D) (E) and (F) of the Louisville <br />Zoning Ordinance are revised and added to as follows: <br /> <br />IISection 6-lll(C) <br />The preliminary development plan map shall contain the follow- <br />ing information: <br />(1) The existing topographic character of the land at a <br />contour interval of two (2) feet if the slope is less <br />than ten (10) percent (spot elevations may be required <br />if land is too flat for contours) and five (5) feet <br />where the slope is greater than ten (10) percent. <br />(2) Proposed land uses and their respective acreage. <br />(3) The type and character of proposed development and, <br />if applicable, the proposed number of dwelling units <br />per gross residential acre. <br />(4) The location of proposed streets. <br />(5) The location and size of proposed public and semi <br />public uses both dedicated and other. <br />(6) The location:of arel.sof State interest as identified by <br />the Planning Commission. <br /> <br />-15- <br />
