Such notice shall indicate the time, date and place <br />of the hearing and give a brief summary or explanation of the proposed <br />special review use and its location. <br /> <br />Section 8. Section 3-103(C) Louisville Zoning Ordinance, is <br />amended to read: <br /> <br />3-103(C) "No approved special review use may be modified, <br />structurally enlarged, expanded in parking area or expanded in ground <br />area unless the site plan is amended and approved in accordance <br />with the procedures applicable to initial approval of a special <br />review use." <br /> <br />Section 9. Section 3-103, Louisville Zoning Ordinance, is <br />amended by the addition of a new subsection to read: <br /> <br />3-103(0) "Any approved special review use which existed <br />prior to the effective date of this ordinance shall continue to be <br />an approved special revie\'J' use unless modified as noted in (C) above. II <br /> <br />Section 10. Section 4-103, Louisville Zoning Ordinance, is <br />amended .by the addition of two new subsections to read: <br /> <br />Secti on 4-103.
