<br />occasional housing of guests of the occupants of the principal dwelling, so <br />long as such guest house is not used for commercial purposes and no charge <br />is made for the use of said premises. <br /> <br />(C) Accessory structures shall maintain a two (2) foot side yard, <br />except that no part of any accessory building shall be located <br />closer than ten (10) feet to any principal structure, either on the <br />same lot or an adjacent lot. <br /> <br />(D) Accessory buildings on corner lots shall be set back from the side <br />street a distance not less than that required for the principal building. <br /> <br />(E) Accessory structures and uses shall otherwise comply with the bulk <br />regulations applicable in the district in which they are located. <br /> <br />Section 11. Section 4-107, Louisville Zoning Ordinance, is <br />amended to read: <br /> <br />Section 4-107. General Exception to Lot Size Requirements <br /> <br />If, at the time of passage of this Ordinance, a lot, or the aggre- <br />gate of contiguous lots or land parcels held in a single ownership, <br />has an area or dimension which does not meet the lot size require- <br />ments of the district in vrhich the property is located, the lot <br />or aggregate holdings may be occupied by any use permitted out- <br />right in the district subject to the other requirements of the <br />district. <br /> <br />Section 12. Section 4-110, Louisville Zoning Ordinance, is <br />amended to read: <br /> <br />4-110. Vision Clearance Ar.eas <br /> <br />Vision clearance areas shall be provided at intersections of <br />streets or a street and a railroad as follows: <br /> <br />(A) A visen clearance area shall contain no plantings, walls, <br />structures or temporary or permanent obstructions exceeding two <br />and one-half (2.5) feet in height measured from the top of the <br />curb or existing grade. <br /> <br />(B) The minimum distance establishing the size of the vision <br />clearance area shall be thirty (30) feet except at intersections <br />including an alley the minimum distance shall be fifteen (15) <br />feet. <br /> <br />(C) Vision clearance areas shall not be required infue area <br />designated as the Central Business District. <br /> <br />Section 13. Section 4-111, Louisville Zoning Ordinance, is <br />amended to read: <br /> <br />Section 4-111.
