Section 4. Section 6-107(F) of the Louisville Zoning Ordinance as adopted in Ordinance No. 485 is hereby amended by the addition of the following sections: "(12) None of the standards for annexation as specified in the "Louisville Annexation Standards and Procedures" have been violated. (13) Services, including utilities, fire and police protection, and other such services are available, or can be made available to adequately serve the development specified in the final development plan." Section 5. Section 6-11l(C) of the Louisville Zoning Ordinance as adopted in Ordinance No. 485 is hereby amended by the addition of the following sections: "(7) Delineation of development stages as described in Section 6-111. (D) (4). (8) Notes specifying general conditions such as street right-of-way width, curb cuts and access control, and other pertinent factors when applicable." Section 6. Section 6-113 (A) of the Louisville Zoning Ordinance is hereby repealed and the following is adopted to replace the same: "6-l13(A). The final development plan which may reflect an entire development stage as delineated on the preliminary development plan, or any logical parts therof must be submitted within one year following approval of the preliminary development plan unless wri t:ten request is made for an extension of 1 year and approved. If the final development plan proposes development which exceeds the staging schedule, the need for deviation from the schedule shall be documented and a revised development sta- ging schedule shall be submitted." Section 7. Section 10-105 of the Louisville Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by the addition of the following General Note. "10-105(D) The rezoning would permit development only which, if evaluated as a proposed annexation under the "Loui.sville Annexation Standards and Procedures" would qualify for annexation." Section 8. Section 13-103(F) of the Louisville Zoning Ordinance as adopted in Ordinance No. 485 is herby amended by repealing t.he last paragraph which provides: "The City Council may approve a permit to allow a development in a Designated Area or activity of State interest, if proposed development complies with the requirements of Chapter 80 ~ 106-7 et. seq. (1974) Colorado Session Laws 336 and this Article." and by adopting the following paragraph to replace the same: -2-
