<br />Section 4. Section 6-107(F) of the Louisville Zoning <br />Ordinance as adopted in Ordinance No. 485 is hereby amended <br />by the addition of the following sections: <br /> <br />"(12) None of the standards for annexation as specified <br />in the "Louisville Annexation Standards and Procedures" <br />have been violated. <br /> <br />(13) Services, including utilities, fire and police <br />protection, and other such services are available, <br />or can be made available to adequately serve the <br />development specified in the final development plan." <br /> <br />Section 5. Section 6-11l(C) of the Louisville Zoning <br />Ordinance as adopted in Ordinance No. 485 is hereby amended <br />by the addition of the following sections: <br /> <br />"(7) Delineation of development stages as described in <br />Section 6-111. (D) (4). <br /> <br />(8) Notes specifying general conditions such as street <br />right-of-way width, curb cuts and access control, and <br />other pertinent factors when applicable." <br /> <br />Section 6. Section 6-113 (A) of the Louisville Zoning <br />Ordinance is hereby repealed and the following is adopted <br />to replace the same: <br /> <br />"6-l13(A). The final development plan which may <br />reflect an entire development stage as delineated <br />on the preliminary development plan, or any logical <br />parts therof must be submitted within one year <br />following approval of the preliminary development <br />plan unless wri t:ten request is made for an extension <br />of 1 year and approved. If the final development <br />plan proposes development which exceeds the staging <br />schedule, the need for deviation from the schedule <br />shall be documented and a revised development sta- <br />ging schedule shall be submitted." <br /> <br />Section 7. Section 10-105 of the Louisville Zoning <br />Ordinance is hereby amended by the addition of the following <br />General Note. <br /> <br />"10-105(D) The rezoning would permit development <br />only which, if evaluated as a proposed annexation <br />under the "Loui.sville Annexation Standards and <br />Procedures" would qualify for annexation." <br /> <br />Section 8. Section 13-103(F) of the Louisville <br />Zoning Ordinance as adopted in Ordinance No. 485 is herby <br />amended by repealing t.he last paragraph which provides: <br /> <br />"The City Council may approve a permit to allow a <br />development in a Designated Area or activity of <br />State interest, if proposed development complies <br />with the requirements of Chapter 80 ~ 106-7 et. <br />seq. (1974) Colorado Session Laws 336 and this <br />Article." <br /> <br />and by adopting the following paragraph to replace the same: <br /> <br />-2- <br />
