<br />(4) Plans and specifications for the proposed <br />project and a report describing how the <br />recommendations presented in the above noted <br />reports have been incorporated into said <br />plans and specifications. <br /> <br />(C) The following shall be approved by the City Engineer or his <br />authorized representative prior to the issuance of an occupancy <br />permit: <br /> <br />(1) Professional inspection and certification that <br />the work was done in accordance with the plans <br />and specifications. <br /> <br />(2) Preparation (or review) and certification of <br />revised recommendations and/or plans and/or <br />specifications as required for original reports, <br />plans and specifications in (A) and (B) above. <br /> <br />(3) Preparation and submission of final reports and/or <br />as built plans to include a summary of the tests <br />conducted during construction, and certification <br />as to the adequacy of the site for the intended <br />use and that the work was done in accordance <br />with the final approved plans and specifications. <br /> <br />(D) If in the course of fulfilling their responsiblity under this <br />Article, the engineers or geologists find that the work is not <br />being done in accordance with the approved plans and specifications, <br />the discrepancies shall be reported immediately in writing to the <br />contractor and to the Building Inspectory. Recommendations for <br />corrective measures, if necessary, shall also be submitted. <br /> <br />(E) If the engineers of record are changed during the course of <br />the work, the work shall be stopped until the replacement has <br />agreed to accept the responsibility within the area of their <br />technical competence for certification of work completed under <br />their inspection and supervision. <br /> <br />Section 12-112. Professional Requirements <br /> <br />(A) All geologic maps and reports prepared under this Article be <br />prepared by, or under the responsible direction of, and signed by <br />a professional geologist (as defined by C.R.S. 1973, 12-25-101, as <br />amended). Such professional geologist shall be experienced and <br />competent in the geologic specialty required to meet the objectives <br />of this Article. Such professional geologist shall be responsible <br />for certification of all geologic maps and reports prepared by <br />him, or under his responsible direction, as specified in Section <br />13-111. <br /> <br />(B) All engineering work prepared under requirements of this Article <br />shall be prepared by or under the responsible charge of a re- <br />gistered professional engineer (as defined by C.R.S. 1973, 12-25-101, <br />as amended). Such engineer shall be experienced and competent in <br />this engineering specialty required to meet the objectives of this <br />Article. Such engineer shall be responsible for certification of <br />all engineering work prepared by him, or under his responsible charge, <br />as specified in Section 13-111. <br /> <br />SECTION 6.
